About our tours & booking
Are tips and gratitude included in the price of the tour?
No. Our guides are paid by the hour (and have all the necessary insurance needed). If you want to leave tips and gratuities to your guide, it’s his/hers to keep in addition to the salary.
Do I have to book tickets in advance?
For all of our tours, booking a ticket in advance is necessary. Tickets can be bought up until a certain amount of hours prior to the start of the tour, or until they sell out. Thus, we advise you to purchase your tickets in time.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?
OURWAY refunds Private Tours booked by individuals up to 5 days prior to departure. Tours booked by a business have a minimum of 10 days; however, exceptions exist.
OURWAY refunds tickets for Public Tours up to 72 hours prior to departure.

How do I find the guide?
Public tours: The guide is on site approx. 15 minutes before departure. Keep an eye out for a guide dressed in a blue or white t-shirt and/or jacket with the logo OURWAY.
Private tours: Look out for a handsomely dressed guide with a sign with your name on it. If you have requested to be picked up at your hotel, your guide will be waiting for you in the lobby.
Can I reschedule my tickets?
Generally, Public Tours can be rescheduled without an extra fee; however, there are exceptions. To make it easier for us, we appreciate it if you let us know in time - at least 48 hours before the tour is to take place.
