Please be at the departure point, Next to the Memorial Anchor (Mindeankeret), Nyhavn 1F, in front of the canal boat tours – located in the City Centre, 10 minutes early to check in for your tour.
How to find the guide
Look for our guide holding the OURWAY logo as a sign.
If you have trouble locating the guide or the meeting point, please give us a call a few minutes before the start of the tour. When you call before the tour begins, we have a greater chance of helping you find your way.

We suggest wearing comfortable shoes.
This tour ends inside Christiansborg Palace, so guests may continue to enjoy the Palace or nearby sights (it is approx. a 10 min walk back to Nyhavn).
The Palace may be partially or fully closed due to His Majesty the King’s official functions. If the Palace is closed, OURWAY Tours reserves the right to swap the visit to Christiansborg Palace with Rosenborg Castle.
