Booking an airport transfer is easy! All you have to do is contact us and tell us about yourself(s), and we’ll help you reserve a suitable vehicle for your party. What would we like to know? Start below!

Arriving in Stockholm, your private airport transfer driver will meet you inside the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. The price includes 45 minutes of waiting time from the time that your transfer was booked for. After that, we charge in 30-minute increments.
Departing from Stockholm, your private vehicle and driver will be found outside the stated address approximately 10 minutes before departure. The price includes 15 minutes of waiting time from the time that your transfer was booked for. After that, we charge in 30-minute increments.
The main airport, Arlanda Airport, is located approx. 30 to 45 minutes outside the city centre of Stockholm, depending on traffic. The airport transfer includes one stop at an inner-city address. How big of a vehicle you’ll need is dependent on the number of people and pieces of luggage you carry per person.
