Restaurants in Copenhagen: Café Dyrehaven

Are you scouting for restaurants in Copenhagen? We have a tip that works for all meals of the day – Café Dyrehaven!

Down in Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District, also known as Kødbyen, there are billions of places to eat. Okay, perhaps not billions, but there are so many! Regardless if you’re out for a burger, luxury or a pub, this is the place to go to. We tried out a local favourite that’s been here for some time – Café Dyrehaven. This place is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we were not disappointed. The interior feels old but not outdated, and it suits well with the whole hip feeling you get in Kødbyen. The kitchen closes as 21.00, but the pub is open until 02.00 in the weekends. Perhaps this is not the place for a romantic dinner for two, but if you’re a group of friends travelling you’ll probably love the noisy atmosphere. You can stay for a drink after you’ve eaten, since this place more or less turns into a pub after the kitchen closes. The main courses costs from DKK 150 – 250 and the menu can be found here. You’ll find Café Dyrehaven on street Sønder Blvd. 72 in Kødbyen.
