With hundreds of kilometres of bike lanes, flat terrain and an artistic mix of architecture, Stockholm is the perfect place to explore the topic of city planning and design, and why not do so on a bike tour? Paddle to the metal; there’s a lot to see on our Stockholm’s Amazing Architecture Private Bike Tour.
From older constructions such as the Parliament and Royal Dramatic Theater to more contemporary structures like the KTH School of Architecture and Hotel Scandic Continental, this tour gives you an overview of the many architectural styles represented in the Swedish capital. Together we’ll bike through Stockholm’s city centre, built on 14 islands, admiring fascinating buildings and impressive postcard-like views.
Biking from island to island, over bridges, along waterfronts and around buildings, we’ll show you the picturesque wooden buildings of the 1700s and bold, minimalistic architectural landmarks of today.
To keep you energised, we’ll also stop for a short break in a lovely surrounding, where we can sit and relax, use a restroom or buy a snack. Before you know it, it’s time to paddle back to where we started. Our private bike tour of Stockholm’s Amazing Architecture is over, but we guarantee there is plenty more to explore!

Please be at the departure point, Rent a Bike Shop, at Strandvägen 18, outside the entrance – located on Östermalm, 10 minutes early to check in for your tour.
How to find the guide
Look for our guide holding the OURWAY logo as a sign.
If you have trouble locating the guide or the meeting point, please give us a call a few minutes before the start of the tour. When you call before the tour begins, we have a greater chance of helping you find your way.

Please note
We will be biking primarily on flat surfaces and up and down a few hills. All tours include an optional helmet. We recommend bringing a bottle of water with you on tour.
Restrictions
– Guests cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs (We have a zero-tolerance policy toward alcohol and drugs. Breathalyzer tests may be conducted at the guide’s discretion.)
– All Bike riders should wear comfortable shoes (no high heels)
– Guests must be able to sit comfortably for periods up to and longer than 30 minutes at a time
– The age requirement is 12 years old

It’s a contested issue amongst numerous Baltic connected countries as to who invented the Ice-skate. Was it the Finns or the Dutch? All of this is irrelevant because the best city to ice-skate in is Stockholm.
