Discover the essence of Swedish cuisine in this engaging, hands-on cooking class. Perfect for anyone looking to bring home lasting culinary memories, this experience immerses you in the flavours and traditions of Sweden.
During this 2.5-hour class, an expert chef will guide you through the art of creating a version of authentic Swedish meatballs (Pannbiff or Pann Steak) from scratch. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and shown to your cooking station, where your chef will introduce themselves and explain each step of the process.
Time to get cooking! With your chef’s guidance, you’ll prepare Pann Steak and accompaniments like chanterelle sauce, lingonberry jam, and roasted potatoes. Learn what makes these dishes uniquely Swedish and how to recreate them at home.
Once you’ve finished, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creations, savouring the rich flavours of Sweden on a plate. At the end of the class, you’ll receive the recipes to bring a taste of Sweden back to your own kitchen.
