The story about the tour
Nothing says more about a country than its food, and Sweden sure is famous for quite a few dishes. One of them is the dish nearly as famous as IKEA, of course we are talking about the meatballs. In our Private Swedish Cooking Class, you will in the company of a chef, learn how to cook your own Swedish Meatballs! Following your cooking experience, sit down to enjoy what you made during your very own Private Swedish Cooking Class.
The cooking class is 2,5 hours and takes place in a cozy studio in Stockholm. Together with a professional chef, you will get a private lesson in Swedish food and have the chance to ask whatever you want about Swedish cuisine. You will cook elk meatballs, swimming in a Juniper berry cream sauce, of course served as it should with lingon berries, almond potato purée and pickled cucumber. Sweden on a plate!
