Farmer’s Market in Oslo

September 21, 2016 • 1 min read

Like it’s neighbours in Scandinavia, autumn in Oslo means farmer’s markets! It’s finally that time of the year when fresh and locally produced vegetables are stocked up and ready to be bought.

Who does not love a real farmer’s market?! It’s a change to meet the farmers and buy some real, locally produced vegetables. In Oslo, there are plenty of markets to head to. On Saturdays 30th of September, 1st of October and 29th of October you can wander over to Valkyrie plass (Vibes gate/ Bogstadveien), Birkelunden, Aker Brygge and Youngstorget. Not too bad if you ask us!
