Between Friday to Sunday this week you can combine smelling at flowers with shopping, when Rosendals Gardens have their yearly market.
Rosendals Garden is a market garden that consists of a rose garden, vegetable fields, green houses, an orchard, a vineyard and much more. In other words – it’s a huge garden. Located on the island of Djurgården, it’s operated by the Rosendals Garden Foundation, which it has been since 1982. The ambition of the foundation is to widen the knowledge of biodynamic gardening to the public.
During their market days, you can come here to buy own produced flowers, fruits and vegetables. You can, for example, buy local honey, pick flowers and go to the onion market. For kids there’s horse riding. Opening hours for the market is 11.00 – 17.00. Happy shopping!
