During a couple summer nights, the terrace “Hötorgsterassen” (located just by Haymarket square) opens up for designers to sell their work. It’s called Night Market.
Behind the initiative stands Designmarknad Sthlm, who continuously arranges design markets in Stockholm, where designers get to sell their work for a small cost. On some dates it’s the night market at Hötorgsterassen. This terrace used to be completely closed for the public up until a few years ago. Now, when the market is on during some Saturday evenings, it’s a lively place with music, food and fun. Usually it’s possible to shop everything from clothes to accessories and jewelry.
On Saturday, August 27th, it’s time for the next market, between 18.00-23.00. To get here, go to Sveavägen 17, where you’ll find this lovely entrance.
