Are you home from your trip to Stockholm? Missing the food? Most of the Swedish food is easy to cook. Like, for real easy. Swedish Meatballs is a classic and are simply made. Here’s how OURWAY Tours like ours:

You need:
1 package minced beef (500 g)
½ yellow onion
1 Eggs
Salt
Peppar
1 ½ dl milk
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Let the milk and breadcrumbs swell together. Put in everything else and make sure the mix feels smooth. Water your hands and start rolling them meatballs! Fry them in butter. Don’t forget to shake the pan from time to time to make sure your meatballs get colour everywhere. Serve with potato, lingonberries and cream sauce. Enjoy!
