If you feel like you have seen it all in Stockholm, we have two spots that definitely will show you a different Stockholm: Millesgården and Skansen.

The home of the sculptor Carl Milles is found on the island of Lidingö and is known as Millesgården. Today the home functions as a museum and sculpture park filled with works produced throughout Carl’s career. This is a must for the art lover!

Skansen is the world’s oldest open-air museum, founded in 1891. This miniature Sweden with 150 houses from all over the country gives you an insight into Sweden’s heritage and natural history. Skansen is also home to Nordic animals such as reindeer, elk and brown bear.
