August 23, 2017 • 1 min read

September is the time to indulge in food and drinks in Oslo. We got booze, food and farmers!

Try that Scandinavian booze Aquavit
On the 23rd of September, you can try the flavoured spirit Aquavit in the restaurant Old Raadhus. Over 100 different kinds of Norwegian aquavit will be available for tasting from different exhibitors. The ticket costs NOK 350 per person (10 tastings included) and can be purchased here.

Matstreif Food Festival – Try Norwegian food
Between September 22nd to 23rd, you can try out Norwegian food at the City Hall Square, where 200 exhibitors are setting up for you to explore Norwegian food. Matstreif opens at 12.00 on both days.

Farmer’s market on Valkyrie Plass
On the 9th of September, the farmer’s market was set up on Valkyrie Plass. We love an old good farmer’s market – you can always count on local, fun and unique products from the creators and farmers themselves.
